The Influencers: Adolfo Cambiaso
He started playing Polo at twelve and in 1994 he wins the triple Corona with Ellerstina and becomes the youngest player in achieving 10 points of handicap. By then, he was nineteen.
Adolfo Cambiaso says there is no better place in the world than his house in Cañuelas named La Dolfina. He is quiet and down to earth.
Adolfo and Lolo Castagnola, his best friend from childhood, used to dream of having their own field and team; this is how La Dolfina is born.
Apart from being the best polo player in the world, he manages to have time and help others. He is one of the benefactors of Ideas del Sur Foundation.
He is married to model Maria Vazquez and has two sons, Mia and Adolfito Jr. Supported and motivated by his wife, in 2004 Cambiasso launches his own clothing line and named it as his team, La Dolfina. He is the image of the brand and together they posed for the 2008 catalogue photographed by Gabriel Rocca.
